(2) POTENTIALLY SIGNIFICANT IMPACT. EFFECTS ON PG&E SERVICE FACIUTIES <br />Relocation of the existing gas mains and transmission lines may be necessary <br />and would be at the developers expense. In addition, dedication of new public <br />utiTity easements may also be necessary. The relocation of PG&E infrastructure <br />and dedication of new utility easement areas should be considered as part of this <br />project in order to ensure that the required facilities and easements are <br />developed in a coordinated manner. <br />Finding: <br />Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project <br />which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect as <br />identified in the Final E1R.
