This <br />facility-vhieh operates under Solid Waste Facilities Permit #39 -AA -0008, which is issued by <br />the California Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery, and is administered by the <br />San Joaquin Eeeal-County Health DistrietDepartment as Local Enforcement Agency. Under <br />Re eThe site is prohibited from accepting hazardous waste or liquids under this Permit. <br />This program is designed to eonlrel rep vent disposal of significant amounts of prohibited waste <br />at the site and to provide for proper removal and disposal of such waste if detected 'fdenhe <br />pregra+i.
