v <br />4.1 California Department of Resource, Recovery, and Recycling <br />All solid waste facilities are required to have a SWFP issued by the LEA and concurred on by the <br />rT�n California Department of Resource, Recovery, and Recycling (DRRR), previously <br />Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB). <br />4.2 SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PUBLIC-HEALTH SERVICES, <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br />The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (LEA) is the <br />acts as Local Enforcement Agency (LES) for the DRRRas well as enforcing other environmental <br />and health regulations. <br />was issued in 1999 and is designated as 39 AA 0017. Use Permit No. U x-15 93-2 has been issued <br />to the site (See Appendix E). <br />4a:5 4.2.2 FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />The Lathrop/Manteca Fire District is the local fire authority having jurisdiction over the <br />LLA4R:F-&TS.
