Mitigation Measures Proposed as Part of the Project Mitigation Measure D.2a: Implement Mitigation Measure A.1a(limitations on Sunday operations). Mitigation Measures Identified in This Report Mitigation Measure D.2b: Implement Mitigation Measure III.AIc(construction of a 6- foot solid masonry wall along the western boundary of the site). Mitigation Measure D.2c: Limit greenwaste processing activities to between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This would limit the project's most pervasive noise source to the least noise-sensitive hours of the day. Mitigation Measure D.2d: The tub grinder should be located such that itself and associated equipment would be operated at a minimum of 75 feet from the site's eastern and southern boundaries with adjacent industrial properties. Mitigation Measure D.2e: The project applicant shall erect a noise barrier around the eastern and southern boundaries of the green waste processing area. The barrier should be designed such that the line of sight of the tub grinder and associated equipment is blocked from view from industrial uses. The structure shall be constructed of materials that would effectively reduce noise levels by a minimum of 10 dBA at off-site receptor locations.
