Mitigation measures or alternatives previously found not to be feasible would <br /> in fact be feasible and would substantially reduce one or more significant <br /> effects of the project;or <br /> 4. Mitigation measures or alternatives which were not previously considered <br /> in the EIR would substantially lessen one or more significant effects on the <br /> environment. <br /> 2. PREPARE AND APPROVE OR RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED <br /> NEGATIVE DECLARATION (Based on the Following Finding): <br /> The City of Stockton Community Development Department, Planning Division, has independently <br /> reviewed and considered the proposed project and has prepared and/or independently reviewed and <br /> analyzed the related Environmental InfbrmatioMnitial Study Form. Based on the project description <br /> and/or modifications,mitigation measures,and related substantial supporting evidence presented in <br /> the Initial Study, it has been determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the <br /> environment. Therefore, approval of a Negative-Declaration is recommended for this project. A <br /> Mitigation Agreement is attached to the Proposed Negative Declaration, if applicable. <br /> 3. REQUIRE PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT(Based <br /> on the Following Finding): <br /> The City of Stockton Community Development Department, Planning Division, has independently <br /> reviewed and considered the proposed project and has prepared and/or independently reviewed and <br /> analyzed the related Environmental Information/Initial Study Form. Based on the project description <br /> and/or on the related substantial supporting evidence presented in the Initial Study, it has been <br /> determined that the project, either individually or cumulatively, may have a significant effect(s)on the <br /> environment which may/will not be mitigated to a less-than-significant level.
