Califor-niAitegrate d Waste Manapknent Board <br /> Solid Waste Facilities Permit Decision No. 90-06 <br /> February 22 - 23, 19% <br /> WHEREAS, the County of San Joaquin, acting as Local <br /> Enforcement Agency, has submitted to the Board for its review and <br /> concurrence in, or objection to, the issuance of a Solid Waste <br /> Facilities Permit for the Stockton Scavenger Association Transfer <br /> Station; and <br /> WHEREAS, Board staff has evaluated this revised permit <br /> proposal for consistency with the State Minimum Standards for Solid <br /> Waste Handling and Disposal Regulations under Division 7, Title 14 <br /> of the California Code of Regulations; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board finds the proposed permit is <br /> consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste <br /> Handling and Disposal, and <br /> WHEREAS, San Joaquin County has prepared and circulated <br /> an Environmental Impact Report for this project, in compliance with <br /> the California Environmental Quality Act; and <br /> WHEREAS, mitigation measures identified in the <br /> Environmental Impact Report and its Addendum reduce or eliminate <br /> potential significant impacts coming under the jurisdiction of this <br /> Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, Board staff has reviewed the Environmental <br /> Impact Report and finds that it is adequate and appropriate for the <br /> Board's use. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the California <br /> Integrated Waste Management Board concurs in the issuance of Solid <br /> Waste Facilities Permit No. 39-AA-0019. <br /> Certification <br /> The undersigned Chief Executive Officer of the California <br /> Integrated Waste Management Board does hereby certify that the <br /> foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly and <br /> regularly adopted at a meeting of the California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board held February 22 - 23, 1990. <br /> Dated: FEB 2 'A3 10920 <br /> r <br /> c <br /> f E uti a Officer <br />
