Transfer station <br />Facility No.- 39 -AA -0019 <br />Dear Mr. Valinoti: <br />California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) staff <br />conducted a State Inspection, in conjunction with an inspection by <br />Mr. Sasson of your agency, of the Stockton Scavenger Association <br />Transfer Station on August 28, 1992, pursuant to Division 30, <br />Public Resources Code (PRC), Sections 43214 and 43219(b). The <br />facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of <br />the PRC and Title 14, California Code of regulations (CCR). <br />Enclosed are two copies of the State Inspection Report, one for <br />your records and one to forward to the operator. <br />No violations of applicable State laws and regulations were <br />documented during the inspection. However, several "areas of <br />concern" were noted regarding facility compliance with the <br />following State Minimum Standards: <br />Appropriate enforcement action should be pursued to insure that <br />applicable laws and regulations are being met at this site (PRC <br />Section 43209). Please work with the operator in addressing the <br />"areas of concern" noted above. <br />As always, this office is available to assist you.
