Weber Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />NOTICE: <br />The following condition has been found to exist to the above-named <br />facility which is a violations of Title 14 of the California Code <br />of Regulations (CCR) and Public Resources Code (PRC) Sections: <br />CCR 18213(b) Permit Review; <br />Stockton Scavenger Association failed to submit a <br />permit review application no later than 120 days <br />before its due date. Stockton Scavenger <br />Association did not submit an application by <br />January 27, 1995. <br />CCR 18201 Application Package <br />Stockton Scavenger Association failed to submit a <br />complete application package. <br />CCR 18221 RSI <br />Stockton Scavenger Associates failed to submit a <br />complete RSI along with its permit review <br />application package. <br />PRC 44015 Solid Waste Facilities Permit <br />Any solid waste facilities permit issued or revised <br />under this chapter shall be reviewed and, if <br />necessary, revised at least once every five years. <br />YOU ARE THEREFORE ORDERED TO: <br />Submit for review a complete application for 5 -year Permit Review <br />including a complete Report of Station Information by November 10, <br />1995. <br />A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
