After reviewing the draft Order, <br />we have the following comments and suggestions: <br />1) Please describe the specific conditions which have resulted in the violations being <br />cited. For example: <br />14 CCR, § 18213(b) -Permit Review <br />Stockton Scavenger Association failed to submit a permit review application no <br />later than 120 days before its due date. Stockton Scavenger Association did not <br />submit an application by January 27, 1995, <br />14 CCR, § 18201 -Application Package <br />Stockton Scavenger Association failed to submit a complete application package. <br />14 CCR, § 18221 RSI <br />Stockton Scavenger Association failed to submit a complete RSI along with its <br />permit review application package. <br />2) Please specify dates for compliance for the violations being cited.
