Box 1747 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Re: Report of Station Information Review for Stockton Scavenger Transfer Station <br />Permit #39 -AA -019, San Joaquin County <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division has reviewed the Report of Station <br />Information (RSI) your office submitted on June 16, 1995. Several deficiencies were <br />noted as outlined by the California Integrated Waste Management Board's (CIWMB) <br />revised Permit Desk Manual. Below are areas which need to be updated: <br />1. Site location lacks; Section, Township, Range, Baseline and Meridian. <br />2. Site Plan shall show all structures within 1000 feet of the site boundary. <br />3. Handling of dusty materials are not addressed in the Materials Handling <br />or Safety sections. <br />4. Summarize all conditions, criteria, and requirements established by the <br />various approval agencies having jurisdiction over the station, including <br />a Land Use Permit, and Regional Water Board concerns (How was the <br />pond issue resolved?). <br />5. Show access points from the street on Figure 4. <br />6. Provide a Traffic Flow Plan. <br />7. Provide an actual number of persons employed, not an "approximate" <br />number. <br />8. Provide a Waste Flow Diagram. <br />9. Provide a Surface Drainage and Runoff Plan. <br />10.
