Environmental Health Division is returning to you <br />the RSI so you may update it. Please re -write the RSI according to the CIWMB <br />revised Permit Desk Manual and re -submit the updated RSI within 45 days. <br />Environmental Health Division can supply you, upon request, a copy of the Permit <br />Desk Manual, in order to help you in your rewrite of the above mentioned document, <br />at a cost of $75.00 (seventy-five dollars). <br />If you have any questions please feel free to call Steven Mindt, Sr. REHS, at (209) <br />468-0343, of my staff. <br />Ernest M.
