INSPEMONS <br /> The hazardous waste screening program is divided into three phases: an initial screening at the <br /> facility entrance, a visual inspection of the was by the station personnel as the waste is being <br /> sorted and random load checking. <br /> PHASE I Initial Waste Screening Program <br /> Highly visible sips prohibiting the disposal of hazardous waste at the station will be <br /> posted at the entrance. <br /> When possible, loads will be visually inspected at the site entrance. The gate attendant <br /> will be trained to recognize items that are not accepted at the station. A list of <br /> unacceptable items will be posted in thea house and is made available to the haulers. <br /> Before a vehicle is turned away from the site, the following information shall be <br /> recorded: <br /> 1. Date <br /> 2. Time <br /> 3. The hauling firm or vehicle owner's name <br /> 4. The driver's name <br /> 5. The company telephone number <br /> 6. Vehicle license plate number <br /> 7. Source of the waste as stated by the vehicle driver <br /> This information will be recorded on the data form shown in Attachment 1. This form <br /> will be signed by both the driver and the load-checldng inspector. <br /> This information can be used to identify the hauler if the load is illegally dumped. <br /> LrJMC C-3 Dmanbor 15.1993 <br />
