G
2
San Joaquin County October 12, 1993
Attn: Mr. Mike Huggins
Subject: Minor Subdivision Application No. MS-93-46
Soil Suitabili y Study_
Also attached is a copy of a water analysis performed
September 24, 1993 on an existing domestic well located at 29990 South
MacArthur Drive. The results for the nitrate and DBCP levels were
found to be acceptable.
Within a radius of one-fourth (;) mile of the subject property,
there are three (3) existing residences. Within the past twenty (20)
years, there have been no known septic system failures within this
area.
It is the opinion of the undersigned that the soil conditions are
suitable for the purpose of the subject Application, which is to
create a 40. 0-acre parcel for a proposed waste transfer station,
leaving a 46. 5-acre parcel for possible future development.
In consideration of the fact that the subject minor subdivision
application will provide for a maximum of two (2) additional new
septic tank systems it is the opinion of the undersigned that the
subject application will not have an adverse cumulative effect on the
quality of the groundwater in the area. Our professional opinion is
that the above findings and statements do not constitute either an
expressed or implied guarantee or warranty.
Very truly yours,
SIEGFRIED ENGINEERING, Inc.
B i...
