4. In the event of odor complaints as a result of the yard and wood waste composting <br /> • operations, one or more of the following will be implemented: <br /> a. Aeration schedules of windrows will be adjusted and will take into account wind <br /> and other climatic conditions. <br /> b. Windrows will be covered with "masking" materials. <br /> C.
