Manual and are based on a pavement life of 20 years. Pavement sections have been designed <br /> as follows: <br /> Heavy Truck Lanes 3.5 inches asphalt concrete over 16 inches Class 2 <br /> aggregate base <br /> Parking Lots/Driveways 2.5 inches asphalt concrete over 9 inches Class 2 aggregate <br /> base <br /> 11. DENUNT STAGES <br /> The Composting Facility will be developed in phases as directed by material volume <br /> requirements. The total area available at the Composting Facility for the compost pad that <br /> includes unloading areas, processing, windrows, storage and final curing is approximately 5.0 <br /> acres. Initial pad construction will be 60,000 square feet (1.4 acres). It is anticipated that the <br /> pad will be extended in approximately 15,000 square foot increments. <br /> 12. ENG REPORT <br /> The information contained in this Report of Composting Site Information is considered an <br /> Engineering Report and has been prepared under the direction of and certified by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer. <br /> 13. 'ND TS AND ADDrnNES <br /> Amendments and additives may be added to the feedstock during processing and composting <br /> operations. Additives, such as pumice, may be used when available to assist in the aerobic <br /> decomposition and to improve the quality of the finished product. Amendments may be used <br /> to provide attributes required by customers. Additives and amendments will not include septage, <br /> sewage sludge or mixed municipal solid waste. The total amount of amendments and additives <br /> will be no more than 20 percent of the composting mixture by volume.
