b. Cleaning <br /> (1) Looic Materials and Litter-Clwaw <br /> Station personal will pick up litter on a daily basis. The "tent of litter pick up will be within <br /> the 39.2 acre site. Adjustments to the limits of the litter patrol may be adjusted based on actual <br /> experienced which arise after the facility is in operation. In addition, a tarping policy will be <br /> developed to inform all haulers of the requirements to bring only covered loads to the facility. <br /> (2) Container Cleaning <br /> Recyclable material collection bins and the transfer trailer pit will be cleaned as necessary to <br /> prevent the creation of nuisances and the attraction of vectors. At a minimum these will be <br /> cleaned on a weekly basis. <br /> (3) Housekeeping <br /> ing <br /> The MRF/Transfer Building will be cleaned daily by sweeping and periodic washing of the <br /> tipping floor. No residual waste material will be stored outside the building. <br /> 6. HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAM <br /> a. Sanitary Facilities <br /> The sanitary facilities consisting of men and women restrooms are located in the <br /> Office/Maintenance and in the MRF/Transfer Buildings. Additionally one restroom will be <br /> provided in the Gatehouse for the scale attendant. No sanitary facilities will be provided at the <br /> Compost Facility. <br /> All sanitary sewer wastes will be collected on-site and disposed of in a subsurface leach field <br /> installed on-site. The design of this system will be per San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services requirements.
