Site Location <br /> 18221.6b) facility specifications or plans, to include: a site location map, a <br /> site map, and identification of adiacent land uses and distances to <br /> residences or structures that are nearby and are within 1000 feet of the <br /> facility property line <br /> Site Location <br /> The Tracy MRF & TS site is located about 4 miles south of the City of Tracy in the <br /> unincorporated area of San Joaquin County. The site, identified as APNs 253-130- <br /> 19 and 253-130-26, is within the eastern half of Section 16, Township 3 South, <br /> Range 5 East, M.D.B.M., is approximately 51.7 acres in size and is located on the <br /> west side of MacArthur Drive south of Linne Road (see Figure 1 in Appendix A). <br /> Access to the site is via MacArthur Drive. The majority of the site consists of a large <br /> pit, approximately 30 to 40 feet deep, that was previously used for gravel mining <br /> operations. The site address is 30703 South MacArthur Drive, Tracy, CA. The <br /> gravel pit presently contains no structures or trees, and is comprised exclusively of <br /> exposed silty sand to silty gravel and naturally occurring grassland vegetation. <br /> Primary routes of delivery to the site include: MacArthur Drive, Linne Road, Corral <br /> Hollow Road, and Tracy Boulevard. Regional access to the facility is provided by <br /> Highways 5 and 580. <br /> 5 <br />
