The facility will be fully operational Mondays through. Sundays. A well <br /> known aspect of municipal solid waste management is the seasonal variations of waste <br /> generation. As industry practice, as suggested in the publication, "Handbook of Solid <br /> Waste Management" by Dr. George Tchobanoglous, waste generation may vary about <br /> 30% above and below the average in many communities. Whereas peak tonnage is <br /> being requested for permitting, the seasonal operational average is typically 30% below <br /> the peak.
