IDENTIFICATION OF PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSIGHT OF <br />FACILITY OPERATIONS <br />Mike Repetto is both owner and operator of the site. The following person is responsible <br />for site operations: <br />Mike Repetto <br />Owner <br />30703 S. MacArthur Drive <br />Tracy, CA 95376 <br />Phone (209) 835-0601 <br />M. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED SITE RESTORATION ACTIVITIES <br />The proposed compost facility is not designed with a pre -scheduled termination date. <br />However, once the facility ceases operations, Tracy Material Recovery & Solid Waste <br />Transfer, Inc., will comply with the site restoration requirements of 14 CCR §17870. <br />This will include cleaning the site of any compost materials and removing all processing <br />equipment. Improvements (i.e. inert pad and structures) shall be left intact unless <br />Tracy Material Recovery & Solid Waste Transfer, Inc., as landowner, seeks to remove <br />them. The LEA will be notified at least 30 days prior to site restoration activities <br />commencing. The inert pad represents a valuable in-place stockpile of inert material <br />that could be crushed for use as an aggregate material for construction. <br />N. ODOR IMPACT MINIMIZATION PLAN <br />An Odor Impact Minimization Plan is presented in Appendix D. <br />27 <br />
