7 <br />0 <br />a -e) The applicant_ indicates the hours of operation for the facility will be Monday- Sunday, 24 <br />hours a day; seven (7) days a week. The facility will accept. commercial loads from 4:00a.m. <br />.to 6:00 p.m. and self -haul loads from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. <br />Based on s'proposed volume of 2,500 tons per day of incoming solid waste, a total of 1,727 <br />vehicles poi,day, or 1,167 additional vehicles per day are expected. The Department of <br />Public Works required a Traffic Impact Analysis be prepared to determine traffic impacts on <br />the level of service for MacArthur Road, Linne Road/ MacArthur Road; Linne Road/Chrisman <br />Road; Linne Road/Corral Hollow Road; and Linne Road/Tracy Boulevard. MRO Engineers <br />submitted the Final Traffic Impact Analysis to the Public Works Department on December <br />17, 2008. The analysis and the Public Works Transportation Division determined that any <br />Impacts to existing levels of -service from the proposed expansion project would be less <br />thamsignif cant. <br />The project site boundaries fall within the comprehensive airport land use plan for Tracy <br />Municipal Airport (TMA). The nearest runway of the TMA is approximately one mile west of <br />the existing project site. This application is to expand the existing Materials Recover Facility <br />and a portion of the project falls within the Traffic Pattern Zone for the TMA. The project <br />sponsor shall abide by the applicable Airport Land Use Plan for Tracy Municipal Airport and <br />the Federal Airport Administration Advisory Circular No: 150/5200-33B, Hazardous Wildlife <br />Attractants On or Near Airports. Therefore the proposed expansion project will have less <br />than a significant, impact on airport imaginary surfaces. <br />Issues: :irt . <br />XVI.
