Transfer/Processing Report <br />Tracy Materia/ Recovery and Transfer Facility <br />30703 5. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br />C&D Debris <br />Mixed "Construction and Demolition Wastes" include the waste building materials, <br />packaging and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair and <br />demolition operations on pavements, houses, commercial buildings and other <br />structures. C&D debris is handled at the Transfer Facility upon receipt. <br />Commingled Recyclables at the Material Recovery Facility <br />Commingled recyclables include residentially generated and commercial materials <br />including paper, cardboard, old newspaper, cans, bottles, tins and still cans, <br />plastic containers, all types of paper fibers, many types of plastic materials, with <br />varying degrees of residual inert dry materials that are non -recyclable. <br />Commingled recyclables are processed at the Material Recovery Facility prior to <br />transfer of commodities to markets and contaminants to the landfill. <br />23 <br />
