Report of Composting Site Information <br />Tracy Material Recovery and Transfer Facility <br />30703 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, Ca. 95377 <br />40 outfitted with telephones for business and emergency requirements. Employees are <br />equipped with cellular phones. Portable generators are available in case of power <br />failure. <br />F. DESCRIPTION OF STORAGE CAPACITY AND ANTICIPATED MAXIMUM <br />AND AVERAGE LENGTH OF TIME COMPOST WILL BE STORED AT THE <br />FACILITY <br />The total time the green material feedstock remains at the facility using the elongated <br />windrow composting method is approximately 12 to 20 weeks. Material in the aerated <br />static pile compost system will be removed from the aerated static pile after 45 days and <br />then cured for 2 to 6 weeks. <br />The finished product will then be stored on-site for not more than 180 days until the <br />product is shipped off to market. There is adequate room on-site to store the finished <br />product for extended periods. The Site Plan provides capacity totaling 68,700 cubic <br />yards of total compost material. <br />G.
