IN. <br /> Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. The fire extinguishers were properly charged and the eye wash station was still on site. <br /> 2. There were no issues with dust or odors. <br /> 3. Rodent bait stations and properly set traps were observed. <br /> 4. No cats were observed in the bakery waste or around the building. <br /> 5. Records, including training, tonnage with load checking, and the pest sighting log were available for review. <br /> The pest sighting log did not indicate the observation of any cats in the bakery waste or around the <br /> building. <br />
