According to one of the onsite workers,there are least ten <br /> cats on site. No rodents observed. <br /> 2. Facility contact, Kevin Clutter, provided the required documentation. <br /> 3. The Pest Sighting Log could not be found on site during the inspection. However it was <br /> provided afterward by the facility contact. <br /> 4. There were monthly Terminix work orders on site. The work orders indicate that Terminix <br /> comes out monthly to provide pest service. However some of the onsite bait stations do <br /> not appear to be touched for more than a month. <br /> i <br />
