The operator shall take adequate steps to control or prevent the propagation, harborage, and <br /> attraction of vectors. <br /> 2. Ensure that both rodent bait stations and rodent traps are on site. When rodent traps are <br /> sprung, reset the traps. This should be done during the daily checking of the traps and <br /> bait stations and be documented in the'Pest Sighting Log.” <br /> 1115 0” {'off t@11tS <br /> Routine monthly transfer station inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. Previous area of concern regarding being a medium volume transfer/processing facility has <br /> been corrected. The permit process is complete and the facility was issued a <br /> Registration Permit as a medium volume transfer/processing facility. <br /> 2. Facility has submitted an approved "Facility Plan" per Title 14 Section 17403.8. <br /> 3. The Registration Permit as a medium volume transfer/processing facility was not observed <br /> on site. The facility will be instructed to post the permit in the office on site. <br /> 4. Records, including tonnage with load checking, pest sighting log, and Terminix work <br /> orders,were on site and available for review. <br /> 5. No rodents were observed on site. Only pigeons were observed. <br />
