Illllll <br /> �', � a ...., <br /> Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. No rodents were observed. Two cats observed around the perimeter of the building. <br /> 2. Rodent traps and bait stations were observed. One trap was sprung. Reminder that <br /> during the daily checking of the traps and bait stations, if sprung traps are observed,they <br /> should be reset. This should be documented in the'Pest Sighting Log." <br /> 3. There were no issues with dust or odors. <br /> 4. Records, including training, pest sighting log, and tonnage with load checking were <br /> available for review on site. The latest training records available were for training done <br /> in October 2013. <br />
