The traps were
not reset. The Pest Sighting Log showed an inspection was done on 2/12/14 and then on 2/27/14, but none in
between those dates. The 2/27/14 inspection should have resulted in documenting in the Pest Sighting Log that
there were two sprung traps observed with no rodents and that the traps were reset. This has been a continuing
issue.
1. The operator shall take adequate steps to control or prevent the propagation, harborage, and
attraction of vectors.
2. Ensure that daily inspections of the traps and bait station are done and that proper
documentation is done in the Pest Sighting Log.
016n,R Gomrr►ents
c
Routine monthly inspection conducted)on this date and the following was noted:
1. The fire extinguishers were properly charged.
2. There were no issues with dust or odors.
3. Records, including training and tonnage with load checking were available for review on
site. The training records on site were up to date.
4. There were four cats observed on site. Two were in the pile of bakery waste. The
bakery waste is attracting the cats. Implement a fence to close off the doorways
surrounding the building. Submit, by the next routine inspection, a written plan for
installation of the fence.
