Previous area of concern regarding vector control has been corrected. The rodent traps <br /> were set. The Pest Sighting Log showed daily inspections and indicated when the <br /> traps were reset and when cats were observed. <br /> 2. The fire extinguishers were properly charged and the eye wash station was still on site. <br /> 3. There were no issues with dust or odors. <br /> 4. Records, including training and tonnage with load checking were available for review on <br /> site. <br /> 5. There was one cat observed outside of the building. No cats observed in the bakery <br /> waste. Facility is in the process of setting up traps to capture the cats and transport to <br /> an animal shelter. <br />
