The fire extinguishers were properly charged. <br /> 2. No issues with dust or odors. <br /> 3. Records, including training and tonnage with load checking were available for review. <br /> 4. The rodent traps were set. <br /> 5. There were two cats observed in the bakery waste on site. Facility is in the process of <br /> having someone setup traps to capture and remove the cats. Facility was instructed to <br /> submit a written plan for the capturing of the cats and a tentative timeline for the <br /> removal of all the cats. <br />
