The fire extinguishers were properly charged. The eye wash station was observed on site. <br /> 2. There were no issues with dust or odors. <br /> 3. Rodent bait stations and properly set traps were observed. <br /> 4. Records, including training, tonnage with load checking, and the pest sighting log were available for <br /> review. The pest sighting log indicated that cats were observed around the builiding on 5/5, 5/7, and <br /> 5/17. According to the log, no cats were observed in the bakery waste. <br /> 5. No cats observed in the bakery waste or around the building during the inspection. <br /> 6. Facility submitted a written plan for the capture and removal of the cats. According to the property <br /> manager, John,there have been about 15 cats removed already. According to the onsite worker for the <br /> facility, Ray,there has been a noticeable drop in the cat population. <br />
