Uncovered portion of dry manure was free of <br />moisture. No fly breeding was observed in dry manure pile. <br />• No fly breeding was observed in wet manure pile. <br />• Scrape area surrounding the dry chicken manure pad to prevent chicken manure scattered around this <br />area from gaining moisture and providing ideal fly breeding conditions. <br />• Fly population at the west end of Briggs Avenue (adjacent to facility) was light. Odors were light. <br />• Fly population on site was light. <br />• Fly breeding on site was minimal and located in a small amount of manure placed behind house # 6. <br />• The amount of flies inside of the fly j ars had increased. <br />• Weather during this inspection was approximately 58F, clear, with light winds from NW. <br />
