<br /> If necessary, a document must be translated through detection or decoding;devices into
<br /> useable form.
<br /> 9. "Regarding"means discussing, constituting. mentioning,pertaining to,
<br /> relating to,assessing, embodying, recording, stating, concerning,describing, touching
<br /> upon or summarizing.
<br /> 10. "Inspection"means any process or action taken in which Olivera is -
<br /> visited,audited or inspected by anyone acting pursuant to rHD's authority.
