Hwy 88, Lockeford) said he <br />owns the "Clements Warehouse10 and the property has been used for <br />commercial purposes since 1980. He concurred with staff recommen- <br />dation. <br />(LC004) - Staff noted that the staff recommendation for (2.) is <br />"Residential Low Density to Office Commercial." <br />(Manteca Area) - Steve Herum (P.O. Box 20, Stockton, CA 95201) <br />represented Harold Rouse and requested an industrial designation <br />for the Rouse property. He submitted a report on the project. <br />Staff noted that the Rouse property was not advertised for public <br />hearing and could not be considered at this hearing. <br />MOTION: Moved, seconded (Gill isie-Rojas) and carried by a vote of <br />6-0 to direct staff to review the Rouse property and bring the <br />request back to the Commission as a public hearing item. <br />(C001) - David Ring (2450 E. Woodson Rd., Acampo) said his family <br />owns and operates the golf course and there are houses on the <br />property.
