The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. The fee currently is$1,451.00 per 1,000 gross square feet <br /> of building c'esignated as 'Service/Cormmercial' in the Lockeford area. If there is no <br /> Wilding permit required.t fee will be exempt. The fee shall be automaticaliy adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Const ion Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. <br /> d An encroachment Permit shalt be required for work within the road right-of-way. <br /> e. The frontage improvements for U,in Road shall be constructed ,n conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a GO-fool-wide right-of-way farm or esta.e subdivision street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred L-in execution by the owner <br /> of n Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured DOorred <br /> Frontage and Roadwy Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to the estimated <br /> construction costs, prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. A $250.00 fee currently <br /> is required for processing,per Planning Title Section 9.10502,in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall <br /> be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to <br /> be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to Public Works for <br /> approval. As an option, Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an <br /> additional fee of$100.00. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES E RONMENTAL HEALTH DIViSION - <br /> a. Submit three sets of detailed kennel construction plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review prior to construction. The Environmental Health Division has specific <br /> requirements for kennel construction. <br /> b. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit.a fee,and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> C. A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system meeting the requirements <br /> of the Environmental Heafth Division shall be available for washing food preparation <br /> equipment,bathing animals,and washing dawn shelters,pens,and dog runs. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> e. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system. <br /> f.
