Kettleman Lane, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On June 19, 1996, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> a one-year Time Extension for Site Approval Application No. SA-92-38 subject to the enclosed original <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $275.00. <br /> The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on June 29, 1996.
