These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Submit three (3) sets of detailed kennel construction plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review prior to construction. The <br /> Environmental Health Division has specific requirements of kennel <br /> construction. A plan check fee of$156.00 at the time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> (CON /ED) <br /> 2. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> (CON /ED) <br /> 3. A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system meeting the <br /> requirements of the Environmental Health Division shall be available for <br /> washing food preparation equipment, bathing of animals, as well as <br /> washing down shelters and pens or dog runs. <br /> (CON /ED) <br /> 4.
