(2) Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not be kept or <br /> maintained in coops, pens, corrals,or within barns or similar structures closer than <br /> 40 feet from any rear or side property line. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of Final Site Plan approval. The fee currently is$144.23 per daily trip- <br /> end generated in the Escalon area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. (Resolution R-96-592) <br /> d. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Refuse, garbage,and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> b. All liquid and solid wastes and vector problems associated with this kennel operation are to <br /> be retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem. Any <br /> complaints that are verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health <br /> Division's hourly rate of $78.00 for response and correction, as per the Board of <br /> Supervisor's Resolution B-92-1591. <br /> Conditions of Approval -2- UP-99-5 <br />
