Weigh on scales. Follow written instructions in scale <br /> house. Record tare. <br /> 2. Check in at control room for any special instructions. <br /> 3 . Proceed to ash silo while observing all coigns, warnings* <br /> and traffic conditions. <br /> 4. Inspect all equipment utilized in ash loading process <br /> (loading station, ash drum, safety guards, ash drum <br /> trunnions and chains etc. ) to determine condition at start <br /> of loading. Report any abnormal conditions to control <br /> room. <br /> 5. <br /> Clean equipment on upper deck if necessary. <br /> Proceed with loading: <br /> a) Press power On Button <br /> b) Start Ash Drum First <br /> c) Set Water Flow 6 28 GPW <br /> d) Start Rotary Valve <br /> 7. Load truck while being observant of surroundings and truck <br /> capacity. <br /> 8. Conclude Loading: <br /> a) Secure Rotary Valve <br /> b) Leaving Drum and Water Oji <br /> c) Secure water when all ash is removed from drum and <br /> clear water is coming out of the drum. <br /> d) Secure ash drum. <br /> e) Remove 4" Pipe O&P at south aids, discharge of rotary <br /> valve. Clean with water. <br /> f) Clean work area. <br /> 9. Pull trailer from under ash silo enough to tarpon <br /> "cordance with proper trucking codes and safety practices. <br /> 10. Check out at control room. Report any aibhormal conditions. <br /> 11. Weigh on scale%.
