Surface waters from the discharge to the San Joaquin River Club
and also from water that returns to the K&L Farms recycling system have to be sampled quarterly.
Surface water monitoring data is not available for the October, 1994 quarterly sampling
requirement. There is commonly no water returning to their recycling ponds or discharging off site
to the San Joaquin River Club during the fall -winter months. The site was inspected in October,
November and December. Runoff was available for sampling in January, 1995, after some heavy
rainfall activity.
Sincerely,
C)
Darrell D.
