The enclosed report contains all information specified in the Waste Discharge <br />Requirements. <br />We are presently doing testing of our sludge to ensure that the EPA 503 regulations are <br />met. I am enclosing a table of metals data that shows that all of the regulated metals <br />tested to date are present in concentrations below the ceiling and alternative limits. <br />Our farmer hopes to apply sludge during the last week of September or first week in <br />October.
