This report is submitted in <br /> compliance with Monitoring and Reporting Program Number 92-052. Please note the following during <br /> your review of this report: <br /> 1. This report contains estimates of some values such as total irrigation flow, and total volume and total <br /> weight of biosolids produced. All estimated values are considered to be conservative thus ensuring that <br /> agronomic rates are maintained on the site. <br /> 2. The report reflects (page 2, Table V, column "Fertilizer -N lbs/acre") the use of a starter fertilizer <br /> applied to all fields prior to planting of this year's field corn crop in May 2002. The starter fertilizer <br /> supplied about 26 lbs of nitrogen per acre. This did not affect effluent applications. The report also <br /> reflects limited cropping on Field 9E, a 10 acre parcel that is impacted by construction activity. <br /> 3. Geo Analytical Laboratory of Modesto reported that the nitrogen content of biosolids applied in 2001 <br /> was less than originally reported. In the Post Application Report for 2001 biosolids spreading, available-N <br /> from biosolids in 2002 was reported to be 139 lbs/acre. Based on the amended data, the available -N <br /> from biosolids in 2002 is 64 lbs/acre. This change is reflected in the Pre Application Report on page 2, <br /> Table V under the column entitled "Biosolids -N lbs/acre." A copy of Geo Analytical's amended report is <br /> included as Appendix 7. <br /> 4. Biosolids spreading is planned for mid September, 2002.
