If the grantee fails to comply with the above terms and <br /> conditions, the award official may: <br /> a) Issue a stop-work order; <br /> b) Withhold payment; <br /> C) Suspend or terminate grantee's assistance agreement for <br /> cause; <br /> d) Annul grantee's assistance agreement if the failure is <br /> in willful disregard of the terms and conditions. <br /> e) Request that the Director, Grants Administration <br /> Division, debar or suspend grantee as an eligible <br /> recipient; <br /> f) Take other appropriate administrative action; or <br /> g) Institute judicial proceedings. <br />
