BEFORE THE PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES SOLID WASTE HEARING PANEL OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R•92- 05 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING Wastewater Q mft Control Facility 2450 W Yosemite MaM-0 <br /> LAND APPLICATION SITE AN EXEMPTION FROM THE REQUIREMENT TO OBTAIN <br /> A STATE SOLID WASTE FACILITIES PERMIT <br /> WHEREAS, California Code of Regulations, Title 14, grants San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division, hereafter EHD,authority to exempt cannery waste,sludge, and ash land application <br /> sites from the requirement to obtain a State Solid Waste Facilities Permit; and, <br /> WHEREAS, San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 2887 grants authority to EHD to require and issue <br /> Environmental Health permits for cannery waste, sludge, and ash land application sites; and, <br /> WHEREAS, DivisiaA 30 of the Public Resources Code grants the authority to the Public Health Services <br /> Solid Waste Hearing Panel, appointed by EHD, to hear and decide solid waste land application site exemptions; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that on September 24 1992 , at an open public hearing, <br /> the Public Health Services Solid Waste Hearing Panel granted an exemption from a State Solid Waste Facilities <br /> Permit to Cite of Manteca Wastewater Quality Control Facility+ 2450 W. Yosemite.
