f <br /> BEFORE THE PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES SOLID WASTE HEARING PANEL OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-92- 07 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING Macdonald lslat 111 N Zuckerman Road 7Y+acv <br /> LAND APPLICATION SITE AN EXEMPTION FROM THE REQUIREMENT TO OBTAIN <br /> A STATE SOLID WASTE FACILITIES PERMIT <br /> WHEREAS, California Code of Regulations, Title 14, grants San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division,hereafter END,authority to exempt cannery waste,sludge, and ash land application <br /> sites from the requirement to obtain a State Solid Waste Facilities Permit; and, <br /> WHEREAS, San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 2887 grants authority to END to require and issue <br /> Environmental Health permits for cannery waste, sludge, and ash land application sites; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Division 30 of the Public Resources Code grants the authority to the Public Health Services <br /> Solid Waste Hearing Panel, appointed by END, to hear and decide solid waste land application site exemptions; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, OF IT RESOLVED that on October 27 1992 , at an open public hearing, the <br /> Public Health Services Solid Waste Hearing Panel granted an exemption from a State Solid Waste Facilities Permit <br /> to MacDonald lsla►ul. 111 N. Zuckerman Road Yhacy land application site. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the following vote of the Public Health Services Solid Waste Hearing Panel, to wit: <br /> AYES: Cotulla, Reran, Olsen <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Rledermann <br /> RED OLSEN, Chairman <br /> Public Health Services Solid Waste Hearing Panel <br /> County of San Joaquin <br /> State of California <br />
