You will be responsible for the spreading and discing of this "Mud" on <br /> your property on a daily basis or within 24 hours of our delivery. Central Valley Waste <br /> Services will make payment for all loads hauled to you by the 15th of the following month for <br /> all loads delivered the previous month. <br /> It is our understanding that you have all the necessary permits and permission from San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health for a spread and disc operation with regard to "Mud" <br /> on your Roberts Road property. It will be your responsibility to maintain these permits and <br /> approval from San Joaquin County Environmental Health and to notify us immediately if any <br /> problems should occur. <br /> Mr. Lehman, we thank you for the opportunity to work with you during the 2001 cannery <br /> season.
