Discharger-Ronyak -2 - Date: 25 October 1999
SUMMARY: There appears to be no threat to water quality as result of the operations on the ranch. The
landspreading area is well removed(over 1000 feet) from Indian Creek and the inert debris berm
prevents any runoff from entering the creek.
Mr. Ronyak has agreed to the following:
1) Submittal of a Management Plan for the Cannery Waste/Landspreading operations; including
nitrogen loading rates;
2) No more inert debris will be placed along Indian Creek;
3) If the silage pit is used for `long term' storage of cannery waste then the pit will be lined;
4) Notification of seasonal start-up operations (sometime in July); and
5) Unannounced Inspections.
avid L.
