Submit a copy of the waste management plan that was required by the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board(CRWQCB),to the EHD. <br /> 2. Provide nitrate testing of the onsite well annually. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to the EHD prior to using the site each year. <br /> 4. Provide the EHD with the anticipated crop producing acreage that will be utilized at the San Joaquin <br /> County Wimer Road Site prior to any application of the waste. <br /> 5. The approval to operate this will be with held until all conditions of the CRWQCB and the EHD have <br /> been met. <br /> 6.
