Box 388 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> Subject: Delta Container Corporation <br /> Disposal Site Exemption Permit <br /> Dear Ed: <br /> This letter and the attached Application for Disposal Site Exemption are sent to <br /> propose a new site for the disposal of food processing wastes to land for the 1996 cannery <br /> season. The new `Spread and Disc' site will be located at 21051 E. Harney Lane in Lodi, <br /> California. <br /> The following additional information is provided for the proposed location: <br /> Site.Location <br /> The attached map shows the disposal site location. The site consists of 160 acres. <br /> No structures, wells, ponds, reservoirs or waterways within 1,000 feet of the proposed <br /> disposal site. <br /> Duration <br /> The Spread and Disc operation will take place from July through October of 1996. <br /> Secut•ity <br /> The site is surrounded by a barbed wire fence with a locked entrance gate. <br /> Waste Types <br /> The solid residuals handled on the site are primarily from the processing of peaches <br /> and tomatoes.
