7.0 FACILITY RECORDS AND REPORTING PROCEDURES <br /> 7.1 Weight Volume Records <br /> Describe procedures for maintaining weight/volume records in a manner and form <br /> approved by the LEA and in accordance with 14 CCR 17877. Describe provisions to <br /> ensure that the records are sufficiently accurate to be used for overall planning and <br /> control purposes. Include the location where records will be stored. If volume information <br /> is recorded in cubic yards, provide supporting data and conversion factors used to convert <br /> to tons. <br /> Forward monitors the amount of incoming waste to the landfill and RRF daily. <br /> The volumes of incoming loads are recorded at the respective office trailers. There are no <br /> scales. Monthly yardage and tonnage reports are produced and maintained at the <br /> site and reported to the LEA. <br /> 7.2 Special Occurrences <br /> Describe special occurrences to be logged, which should include: fires, injury and <br /> property damage accidents, explosions, incidents regarding hazardous wastes, <br /> flooding, and other unusual occurrences. Also include the location where the log will be <br /> kept and the person(s) authorized to make entries. <br /> The Authorized Forward Personnel will maintain a log of special occurrences at the Landfill <br /> office trailer, as required by state regulations. The persons authorized to make log entries <br /> are the landfill Site Manager (Ruben Ramirez), landfill Office Manager (Christina Carbajal), <br /> and the Environmental Manager (Don Litchfield). The log will include records of incidents <br /> of hazardous material interception, fires, personal injuries, property damage, flooding, <br /> accidents, and other unusual occurrences showing when the incident occurred, the <br /> type of incident, and the remedial or corrective measures taken. <br /> 7.3 Inspection of Records <br /> Describe the location where records are to be maintained and the hours when <br /> records will be available for inspection by representatives of the enforcement <br /> agency, the local health entity, and other duly authorized regulatory and enforcement <br /> agencies during normal business hours. <br /> All site records and reports are kept in the office trailer or the company office. Daily <br /> waste logs are kept at the landfill and RRF office trailers. Records of waste and recycled <br /> volumes are kept at the company office.
