Legal Description of Facility: <br /> The legal description of this facility is contained in Figures 1–9 of the Transfer/Processine Report dated October 2003. <br /> SECTION 3 OF TOWNSHIP IS,RANGE 7E,MOUNT DIABLO BASELINE AND MERIDIAN,APN:201-060-03. <br /> 13. Findings: <br /> a. This permit is consistent with the San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Management Plan,which was approved by the CIWMB <br /> on March 29, 1995. The facility is identified and described in Non Disposal Facility Element,pursuant to Public Resources Code <br /> (PRC),Section 50001(a). <br /> b. This permit is consistent with the standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board(CI WMB),pursuant <br /> to PRC 44010. ' <br /> c. The design and operation of the facility is consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Transfer and Processing of solid waste k Q <br /> as determined by the local enforcement agency(LEA),pursuant to PRC 44009. <br /> W <br /> d. The Manteca–Lathrop Fire Department has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards. <br /> pursuant to PRC,Section 44151. <br /> e. An Environmental Impact Report was filed with the State Clearing <br /> En, house(SCH#2001052081)and certified by the SJC Planning 0 <br /> Commission on February 6.2003 .
